[29-JULY-2015] Incharge HPCC, Engr. Dr. Muhammad Ali Ismail will deliver a technical talk on the event IEEEP Monthly Technical Seminar on 29th July, Wednesday from 5.30 to 7.00 PM at Sunset Club.
[03-JUNE-2015] A team from PNEC NUST having Dr. Ayesha Binte Ashfaq and Dr.Amjad visited the High Performance Computing Centre on Wednesday 3 June 2015. The team was briefed about HPCC facilities and current research activities. The team was inspired with the current facilities and research being conducted at the centre. Both are agreed to have some research collaboration in future.
[29-MAY-2015] Ms. Fakhra Aftab, one of the scholars in HPCC successfully defended her Independent Study Project supervised by Dr. Muhammad Ali Ismail. Her topic of research was "Web Ontology Based Multi-level CACHE Simulator".
[28-MAY-2015] Ms. Hameeza Ahmed and Ms. Hafiza Urooj , the scholars in HPCC successfully defended their Masters Thesis supervised by Dr. Muhammad Ali Ismail. Ms. Hameeza Ahmed topic of research was "Heuristic Based Data Fusion using Hadoop Framework" and Ms. Hafiza Urooj topic of research was "Ontology Modeling for Web Streaming Data".
[21-MAY-2015] A get together has been arranged at HPCC hosted by Dr.Ali Ismail honored by faculty members of CIS and research scholars of Koshish Foundation and HPCC team. It was a healthy and informative activity in the light mode.
